Shipping Information
OurProSolutions.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to all of our retail customers!
ProSolutions prides itself on providing over-the-top customer service and super-fast shipping. All of our products ship from our Maryville, Tennessee warehouse.
Along with our FREE STANDARD SHIPPING, we also offer Expedited Shipping options for you to choose from.
We ship either UPS or USPS.
Shipping days are Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
In most instances, orders received by 3:00pm ET Monday thru Friday, will be shipped out the same day.
Orders received after 3:00pm ET Friday, will be shipped out the following business day.
Due to the cost of some products, a signature will be required to accept delivery on these orders.
We will provide tracking information for your order via the customer provided email address.
In the case of a product running out of stock, a ProSolutions staff member will contact you for options.
If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact us so we can investigate the matter. ProSolutions cannot be held responsible for lost orders if we are not notified within 15 days from the time the order leaves our facility.
In the event an order is refused or is undeliverable due to any reason, a refund will be issued once the order arrives back at our location. All shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
ORDERS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your order was damaged during shipping, you must notify ProSolutions immediately (within 3 business days of delivery). ProSolutions will do everything possible to replace the damaged product. In the event of a damaged order, once you contact us, we will contact the shipping carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep the damaged product and packing materials until notified otherwise by ProSolutions.
