JLB Oil Plus Improved is a carrier and can be used at many different rates in utility rights-of-way, roadsides, fence rows, and other industrial sites. It can also be used in forest conifer release, site preparation, hardwood stands, and mitigation areas. Application includes low volume basal, streamline basal, or applications that penetrate the bark of the desired brush target.
